
A thrilling one-year professional journey at the Rogers Group
This week marks the start of the Ascend Graduate Programme at the Rogers Group! Twelve fresh graduates from different academic backgrounds including Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or Communication & Marketing joined the Group for a thrilling one-year professional journey across our five segments.
This graduate programme has been designed to offer emerging talents enriching professional exposure through at least three job rotations within our Group. Our inaugural batch of the Ascend Graduate Programme will also benefit from the guidance of mentors who will help hone strategic skills like communication, presentation, self-leadership, and team management.
