We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mickaël Apaya as Chief Sustainability and Inclusive Development Executive at Rogers. 

Mickaël joins the team with a wealth of experience and knowledge in sustainability and environmental practices. He has held key positions throughout his career, including Head of Sustainability & Inclusive Growth at Business Mauritius from 2015 to 2022. He played a crucial role in developing Business Mauritius' Sustainability and Inclusiveness agenda since its inception in 2017, leading the creation of the influential "SigneNatir manifesto" for its members.  He later served as Officer in Charge of Low Carbon & Resilience Strategies/Circular Economy at Cap Business Indian Ocean.

In his new role, he will further reinforce our Group’s “Meaningful Change” strategy ensuring that all our business practices are aligned with the outlined sustainability and inclusiveness imperatives.  
His expertise will be instrumental in guiding our efforts toward achieving our goals of making a positive impact on the environment and our communities.
