Rogers Group innovates with the launch of the Rogers Podcast, a new sharing and development tool designed for some 4700 employees of the group in Mauritius and abroad.
Rogers Podcast has been initiated by the Human Resources department of the Group, which envisions this digital tool as a new engaging initiative for both professional and personal growth, a lever for knowledge transmission, and a forum for the exchange of experience. This is in line with the Rogers Podcast tagline “Educate, Empower, Enable”.
With the launch of its podcast channel, Rogers is keeping up with the new trends in corporate communication, favouring easy-to-access formats. « Lasting 20 to 30 minutes, the podcasts will deal with subjects as varied as digital transformation, sustainable development, or marketing, and will help our employees better understand the ecosystem in which they operate, » explains Manish Bundhun, Chief People Executive of the Rogers Group.
Manish Bundhun is the podcast’s inaugural guest. He was interviewed by Robin Chan, People Development Specialist at Rogers Corporate Office, tasked with implementing the new tool.
Following Manish Bundhun, the podcasts will include additional Group executives and outside experts once a month in an effort to diversify the subject matters covered. The topics range – "Building Service Excellence," "Being an Agile Leader in a World of Change," "Embedding Sustainability at Work," etc.—reflect this diversity and will help you gracefully navigate the workplace. Interviews are hosted on a platform that has been developed internally.
